Helen has a deep LOVE of the Cetaceans and has spent much of her life connecting with them throughout the world. She also connects with them on the “energy” levels and has the remarkable gift of communicating with them across the oceans of our beautiful blue planet. During your session Helen will introduce you to her friends and allies, each species with their own particular energy and gift; for instance the deep stillness of our blessed Humpback Whale taking us deep within our beings and connecting us with our beloved Earth, the higher dimensional energies of the Crystalline Dolphin tending to our “energy bodies” or the sweet softness of our Amazonian Dolphin bringing gentleness and tenderness. Recently the energy of the Golden Dolphin has been very present, a higher dimensional Dolphin, bringing us a message of HOPE.
Like the Dolphins and Whales Helen uses sound, her voice, a singing bowl or tuning fork. Recently she been working with the 528 Hz tuning fork, known as the “LOVE/MIRACLE Frequency” facilitating healing and change at a CELLULAR level within our very DNA.

About Helen Helen has always had a deep love of the the cetaceans. As a child growing up in a damp English town miles from the ocean she first became aware of the Dolphins and Whales in her dreams. She recognised even then that these divine oceanic beings existed in some other dimension and since that time they have been her friends, teachers and allies taking her on journey of ever deepening love and awakening.
In 1998 she had her first physical encounter on the island of Bimini in the Bahamas and since that time she has been blessed to connect with Dolphins and Whales across the globe. She continues to also connect with them on the higher dimensions receiving regular guidance, support and inspiration. Helen also spent several years living on a tiny out island in the Bahamas immersed in the world of pink sands and crystal clear waters amongst the Spotted Dolphins.
Helen recognises the JOY and TRANSFORMATION that happens in the presence of Dolphins and Whales and their part in the BIRTH of a new consciousness here on EARTH. They provide on-going source of inspiration for her Art, Film, Photography and Healing work. Having worked as in intuitive healer and trained Shiatsu Practitioner and Craniosacral Therapist, Helen has a grounded background in the body and it’s energy systems. She can therefore support you in integrating these higher dimensional energies throughout your physical body during your healing session. She also holds a space of deep compassion and understanding having journeyed deeply into her heart and soul over many, many years.
