Helen also offers guided Meditations “Into the New World with Dolphins & Whales” where we are invited through our sacred hearts to connect with this pure HEART energy receiving their blessings, gifts and teachings. An opportunity to deeply connect with Dolphin & Whale Consciousness, to learn about the importance of the Dolphins and Whales on the planet at this time and receive their bountiful energies of LOVE & JOY. Gatherings An opportunity to “dive deeper” with the Dolphins and Whales with small “pods” of individuals. Includes simple guided meditation and breathing. We are guided very much by the energy of the Dolphins and Whales.
Individual Sessions An opportunity to “dive deeper” still by directly receiving Dolphin and Whale energy. Awakens healing at a deeply cellular level and connection with our own beautiful divine essence.
